ArtWork is an expanding hub of arts production. We occupy 55,000 sq ft of warehouse space in Greengate, right in the city centre where Salford meets Manchester.

ArtWork Atelier houses over 40 studios for creative makers and businesses, a large fabrication workshop and space for events, exhibitions and projects.  ArtWork is about exploring new ways of working, making and experiencing creativity. It’s a working environment where creative businesses and artists of all disciplines can collaborate and learn from each other. The concept has been developed by artists who have years of experience of working collaboratively and who have a strong desire to put creativity at the heart of the city.

Update Feb 2018 – All good things come to an end and Artwork Ateiliers end is the beginning of August 2018. Redevelopment around the building has been moving at a fast pace and plans to knock the building down for redevelopment of the area have arrived sooner than expected. All artists and tenants have been asked to leave by no later than the 3rd August 2018.
